We offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for teenagers and adults in a supportive and professional environment. Assessments are tailored to the individual’s age and circumstances, using recognised, evidence-based diagnostic tools. For adults, we use the DIVA-5 (Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults), and for adolescents, the Young DIVA-5. Both are widely used and well-validated assessment tools that are supported by a strong evidence base and commonly used within UK ADHD services.
Assessments can be completed either in person at our Farnham clinic or online, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs.
The assessment process begins with an initial screening, followed by a detailed clinical interview exploring current difficulties, developmental history, and the impact of symptoms on daily life. This allows for a thorough understanding of each person’s experiences and helps determine whether ADHD is the most appropriate diagnosis. Following the assessment, you will receive a clear diagnostic outcome together with recommendations for support and next steps where appropriate.
The fee for a full ADHD assessment and diagnosis is £925.00, which includes the pre-assessment screening, comprehensive assessment appointment, diagnostic outcome, and written recommendations.
